FRIDLEY, Minn. — Plunkett’s Pest Control acquired Hall’s Pest Control, North Versailles, Pa. Hall’s provides full-service residential and commercial pest management services throughout Greater Pittsburgh and southeast Pennsylvania.
Stacy O’Reilly, Plunkett’s owner, said, “We are so pleased to carry on what Dana [Hall] and his team have built in Pittsburgh. Given Dana's attention to details and quality, we have our work cut out for us. Thankfully, his team is joining us to make this transition/n smooth for their clients.”
Hall’s owner Dana Hall said he and wife Teresa “knew it was about time they start enjoying some retirement time together,” but “the decision is still not an easy one after more than 50 years in pest control and investing so much into our own business for 25 years.”
Hall said he sold to Plunkett’s for “the opportunity for our employees to transition to a solid new employer and the fact that our customers will receive world-class service from a family-owned company that takes as much pride in their service we do.”
The Aust Group represented Hall’s Pest Control as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed Sept. 30. Terms were not disclosed.
