Salvador joined Truly Nolen in 2010 as a pest control service specialist for the company’s Doral service office. Over the next 13 years, he learned as much as he could about the company and consistently provided the best customer experience for all of his customers, which led to him entering the manager-in-training program in 2023.

Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Salvador was already entrenched in the service industry, having done everything from uniform rentals and commercial laundry to warewashing and automobile assistance. Some of Salvador’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local North Miami community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“My favorite thing about Truly Nolen is being able to provide solutions to customer concerns,” said Salvador. “I am looking forward to helping develop my team to be the benchmark that others want to emulate.”

Avila joined Truly Nolen as a manager-in-training in 2022. Prior to joining the company, he worked for another pest control company for three years as a branch manager. Avila double majored and graduated with a degree in finance and business management from the University of Tennessee.

Some of Avila’s new responsibilities will include helping the new service office gain visibility within the local Cape Coral community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“Andy has continuously challenged himself and sought out opportunities to grow and develop within our company,” said David Batista, area manager, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. “I know he will do a great job in North Miami, and I look forward to his continued success and leadership.”

Guerra joined the company in February 2018 and has been a service office manager in multiple South Florida locations. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he spent 17 years in retail management and 12 years in residential home security sales. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington before pursuing his career in retail.

Levo joined Truly Nolen in 2015 as a pest control technician in Galveston, Texas, and then subsequently participated in the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he worked at Randall's Food and Pharmacy for nine years, where he started as a bagger at age 15 and worked his way up to dairy manager and night manager.

Some of Levo’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Galveston community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“I am excited to continue growing our current area and to expand to surrounding areas while making a difference in our community,” said Levo. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is working together as a team and having it feel like a bunch of friends working together and having fun while taking care of our customers each day.”

Mikesell joined the company in 2014 and was previously a service office manager in Mesa before relocation to Florida for this new opportunity. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he spent 15 years in specialty retail and the telecommunications industry.

Hayhurst joined Truly Nolen in January 2023 as a manager-in-training. Prior to joining the company, he spent seven years as a store manager for Starbucks, and he spent an additional 18 years in various roles with Fortune 500 companies following 20 years of military service with the U.S. Army. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and German Studies from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts  from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.

Some of Hayhurst’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local Brandon community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“James has been a great asset to our company from the day he started, and his unique background made him an easy choice for his new position,” said Lee Blair, senior district manager, Tampa Bay. “His leadership skills, management experience, and always being ready for the next challenge fits in perfectly with our company’s core values and culture, and I am glad he is a member of our team.”
