Bobby, Raleigh and Dennis Jenkins – owners of ABC Home and Commercial Services throughout Texas —announced they have reached their goal of raising more than $500,000 for the Moss Pieratt Foundation and A Child's Hope. As chronicled by PCT, the brothers undertook a cross-country bicycle tour this summer to raise funds for these charities.
The brothers announced this milestone on Facebook:
We are so excited to announce that the Brothers Bike ride has achieved our goal of raising more than $500,000 for the Moss Pieratt Foundation and A Child's Hope!!! Thanks so much to all of our sponsors and all of the incredibly generous folks who donated to this amazing journey.
We will now be able to continue to fund research into what Sudden Unexplained Death In Childhood actually is. We will someday find answers as to what happened to Moss and hopefully prevent this from happening to other sweet children and their families. We'll also be able to continue to help the lost and abandoned children in Haiti by providing them a home and hope for the future.
This ride was for parents who have lost children and for children who lost parents. We are so grateful for all of the amazing support and will never forget this incredible summer!!!
