TUCSON, Ariz. — Truly Nolen of America announces the promotion of Shane McManamy to region manager, overseeing the western districts and branches in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas and Utah.
McManamy joined Truly Nolen in October 2005 as a manager trainee. He worked as a pest control technician, termite control technician and sales representative.
“Shane gained tremendous field experience immediately after joining our team,” said Justin Bellet, vice president of operations. “Through the multiple positions he’s held at the company, Shane has continued to grow and carry out his passions for developing people and embracing Truly Nolen’s core values.”
McManamy ran multiple branches in Southern Arizona as branch manager and earned Presidents Club recognition in 2006 and 2007. In June 2008, he was promoted to district manager and responsible for guiding and mentoring the commercial offices in Arizona. McManamy’s responsibilities as district manager also included overseeing seven branches in the Arizona area.
