EDGE Pest Control Donates Copy Machine to Local School

The company teamed up with the Lindon (Utah) Parent Teacher Association (PTA) to purchase and donate a new copy machine and duplicator to Lindon Elementary. These donations came as the elementary school’s current copy machine and duplicator, used every day to print materials for students, broke down just after Christmas Break.

LINDON, Utah – EDGE Pest Control has teamed up with the Lindon Parent Teacher Association (PTA) to purchase and donate a new copy machine and duplicator to Lindon Elementary. These donations came as the elementary school’s current copy machine and duplicator, used every day to print materials for students, broke down just after Christmas Break.

CEO and founder of EDGE Pest Control Andrew Richardson said, regarding the donation, “We are extremely glad Kate Ross reached out and allowed us this opportunity to make Lindon Elementary a better place to work and learn. This copier will help the faculty and staff automate…processes, and by so doing allow teachers to spend more time and energy with the children.”

EDGE’s company motto is to “lift and bless” the lives of others, and according to Richardson, this was one opportunity EDGE was happy to be a part of.  “As parents, we want our children to grow up in a world better than our own, and hope that they too will seek opportunities to lift and bless others.”

“Our copy machines are in need of replacement, which comes with a hefty price tag,” said Lindon Elementary Principle Kate Ross. “We’d like to thank Edge Pest Control and the Lindon Elementary PTA for generous donations to this cause. The donations are sufficient to cover the entire cost to replace the machines. Truly, we could not do what we do everyday without the partnerships of our school and business communities.”

Blaine Richardson spoke at the donation ceremony held on Feb. 12,  addressing the faculty, PTA, and families with children attending Lindon Elementary.
