TAMPA, Fla. – Environmental Pest Service (EPS) has promoted a new director of human resources and hired three others.

Amelia Collier, previously a human resource generalist for EPS brands Skyline Pest Solutions and State Pest Control, has been promoted as the new director of human resources. In addition, Kim Dufoe joined the team as a controller, Kristie Tessandori as executive assistant and Maria Behler as human resource business partner for EPS brand Arrow Environmental Services.

“We are excited to welcome these talented professionals to the EPS team and to their new roles within the company,” said Michael Rolman, EPS vice president of operations and sales.  “Together, they bring a combined 50 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge that will support our organization as we continue to grow.”

Environmental Pest Service operates four brands – Arrow Environmental Services in west and central Florida, Bug Out Service in north Florida, Skyline Pest Solutions in metro Atlanta, and State Pest Control in central North Carolina – and 26 branches.

Collier, who will serve as the new director of HR, joined EPS in April 2015 as a human resources generalist supporting all four brands and later transitioned to human resource business partner for Skyline Pest Solutions and State Pest Control. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Dillard University and her master’s degree in industrial/organization psychology from Valdosta State University.

Collier will remain in Atlanta and spend her time in the field leading her team and supporting all platforms under the leadership of Rolman. Dufoe, Tessandori and Behler will all work out of the corporate headquarters, which recently relocated to Tampa, Florida.
