GREENVILLE, S.C. — Gregory Pest Solutions announced the acquisition of Knoxville, Tenn.-based Heritage Termite and Pest Services.
Ben Walker, president of Gregory, said, “We are thrilled to not only continue our growth, but to give owners in our industry a chance to grow their own legacy and maximize their investment. Our team’s experience combined with each new partner affords us the opportunity to look towards a successful future with each customer in mind.” Phil and Sara Gregory, owners of Gregory Pest Solutions, are proud to see Gregory’s service area continue to grow knowing that Gregory Pest Solutions remains family owned and locally operated.
Heritage Termite & Pest Service has been providing homeowners and businesses with quality work and personal service since 1991. Eddie Howard, Heritage owner, stated, “Things inevitably change over the course of the years, both personal and business wise. Therefore, I am announcing with great pride and a touch of sadness that I have decided to merge Heritage Termite and Pest Service with Gregory Pest Solutions of Greenville, South Carolina! Gregory is a family owned and oriented organization which my management staff and I felt would take the best care of our most important legacy: our customers and our employees. It will be business as usual, with all the familiar faces still here to serve.”
The Heritage team has integrated seamlessly with the Gregory team and are continuing to serve their loyal customers, operating locally from the Heritage office.
