Gregory Pest Solutions Acquires Knoxville Firm

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Gregory Pest Solutions announced the acquisition of Knoxville, Tenn.-based Heritage Termite and Pest Services.

Heritage Termite & Pest Service has been providing homeowners and businesses with quality work and personal service since 1991. Eddie Howard, Heritage owner, stated, “Things inevitably change over the course of the years, both personal and business wise. Therefore, I am announcing with great pride and a touch of sadness that I have decided to merge Heritage Termite and Pest Service with Gregory Pest Solutions of Greenville, South Carolina!
