Griffin Pest Solutions Acquired Pest Arrest

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Griffin Pest Solutions announced the acquisition of Oak Park, Mich.-based Pest Arrest on March 28. This transaction further expands the reach of these two companies in Detroit and surrounding markets.

Founded in 2010, Pest Arrest has had consistent growth around Detroit and surrounding markets. Their comprehensive understanding of the market and community will be a positive addition to the Griffin Pest Solutions service team.

Pest Arrest is a strong player in the multi-family housing market. Having such a large, local presence in that market.

The merging of these two companies will allow them to provide a wider array of services and a quicker response time. The acquisition will also create stronger career and advancement opportunities for the team members from both companies.

The members of the Pest Arrest staff, are joining the Griffin Pest Solutions team. Their offices will be moving to Livonia, Mich., at the beginning of May.
