ATLANTA – Orkin recently acquired Professional Killers Pest Control Inc., St. Thomas, making it the first Orkin acquisition in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The new acquisition will service all of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Pro Killers Owner Dianne Rosebury, originally from Canada, is selling the business to return home to be closer to her family. She founded the business in 1995 and has owned and operated it since then. Along with selling and overseeing administrative functions, Dianne is a licensed pest control technician and runs a route.

“We’re very excited about expanding to the Virgin Islands,” said Greg Clendenin, president of Orkin’s southeast division. “This is the first Orkin acquisition in this region, and we look forward to what the future may hold for us in St. Thomas and the Caribbean.”

Pro Killers will transition to Orkin in the next six to 12 months and will handle primary pest control and termite services. This new branch will be part of Orkin’s South Florida Region, which is managed by Jose Rodriguez, and includes the Florida Keys, Puerto Rico and now the U.S. Virgin Islands.
