State Pest Control Adds Three Key Positions

The company is adding branch operation leaders in three locations.


CLINTON, N.C. – State Pest Control is adding key leaders to direct its operations in three locations. Between them, the three managers bring more than 60 years of experience in the pest control industry.

  • Sean Ethridge, the new branch operations manager in the Wendell office, has 18 years of pest control experience. Ethridge was previously the branch operations manager in the Clinton office. Prior to joining State Pest Control, he served as the service manager in the Largo, Fla., office of Arrow Environmental Services. Arrow and State Pest Control are each brands of Tampa, Fla.-based Environmental Pest Service. Ethridge has also started, owned and sold two small pest control companies in South Carolina.
  • Sherrie J. Read, the new branch operations manager in the Sanford office, also brings 18 years of experience in the pest control industry. Before joining State Pest Control, she worked as an operations manager and sales representative for Rentokil Pest Control and EnTech Pest Elimination in Maryland.
  • Mike Pridgen, the new branch operations manager in the Clinton office, has 25 years of pest control experience. Prior to joining State Pest Control, he was owner and operator of Scott Pest LLC. He also held various positions with Terminix in Fayetteville, N.C. His experience includes all facets of service, including sales, service and management.
