TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of John Carroll to manager of the company’s Kissimmee (Fla.) service office at 314 E. Vine Street.
Carroll joined the company in September 2017 as a manager-in-training after 17 years in the pest control industry. He also retired from the U.S. Army after 18 years and has a bachelor’s in management from Webster University.
Some of Carroll’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local Kissimmee community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I am really excited to be part of a company with such a positive culture that will allow me to develop others in Kissimmee,” said Carroll. “I appreciate the support we receive each and every day.”
“John has extensive experience in commercial pest control and a great deal of residential experience with pest control and lawn,” said Tim Phillips, district manager, Central Florida. “I am excited to see where John takes this service office under his leadership.”
