MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — Wil-Kil Pest Control, announced new leadership in its Menomonee Falls location.
Randy Allen, who served as regional manager of the Menomonee Falls location for 14 years and has been with the company for 36 years, has been promoted to director of strategic accounts for Copesan Services, Inc.’s two operating companies, Wil-Kil Pest Control and Holder’s Pest Solutions, based in Houston, Texas.
Gary Checkai, most recently sales and service manager at Wil-Kil, will be replacing Allen as regional manager.
Both Allen and Checkai have over 30 years of experience with the company and have made positive impacts to the company. In 2009, Allen established a new bed bug program for the company and introduced the first bed bug canine to the state of Wisconsin. Checkai lead and developed a team of technicians ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction while achieving team sales goals every year for 21 years.
